Every year more than 100 anime series are produced and aired. Along with these series comes different types of characters. One particular character can be considered the most strong in that character's corresponding series. But when it comes to a universal universe, it can get very controversial as to how strong that character is now and where he lies in the rankings.

Most blogs and posts about strongest anime characters will definitely have Goku, Vegeta, Naruto and Luffy. It's not that the list isn't legit, it's just not categorized In the correct section. In a universal level things can get very confusing and to put Goku at top spot is a escape from further research and discussion. In this list I will show you the 12 actual strongest character in the universal anime.

So let's Begin -

12. Most of us know about this Intelligent Antagonist - Anti Spiral. He is a being of God Tier intelligence, having predicted the Spiral Nemesis and defeating Spiral warriors for ages. He is capable of destroying Galaxies or using them as a energy Ball for an energy attack.

Intelligence: Unknown, as he is the collective consciousness of the Anti-Spiral race, so his knowledge is quite large, as Lagann existed on Earth before Lord Genome's era so he must know quite a lot of stuff across the entire universe and have fought Spiral Races for many eons before Lord Genome came around and also knows about the entire future of the universe and Lord Genome's if he doesn't keep him under control.

Weaknesses: The Anti-Spiral is convinced that the evolution of Spiral Power will lead to the so- called "Spiral Nemesis", when a black hole appears and consume the universe, CIS (prefers to crush his opponent(s) by fighting on the same level and bring absolute despair to them), and is somewhat arrogant.

*If you haven't watched Gurren Lagann yet then you better do. It's one of the finest anime out there. The story is a little rushed tho but the constant successive executions of epic moments will keep you excited through the whole Anime.

11. At number 11 we have Satan!

Cruel, sadistic, and twisted; Satan enjoys inflicting pain unto others being the reigning king of hell. He is often given to humor and can be very comical not taking himself seriously. Satan was an extremely powerful being. His power was so great he crawled his way out of a black hole, a physically impossible feat,he also created a mini universe in his hand , and immediately afterwards he defeated an entire armada of Angels, including the Seraph Uriel.

10. Hades takes the 10th spot on this list.

In Saint Seiya, as in the Greek mythology, Hades is the Underworld god, and as such, incarnates into a human being. Every 243 years Hades can enter the world of humans, and fight against Athena for control over the world.

Hades is one of the most powerful deities in the Saint Seiya Universe, being Zeus' oldest brother. As the God of the Underworld, Hades can allow his specters to travel from the Underworld to the Living World, also, he can resurrect any living being at will (as he did with his deceased Specters, and Cerberus during The Lost Canvas series).

9. At 9 we have the strongest character of Dragon Ball - Zeno!
Grand Zeno the Omni-King, is one of the kings of the 8 Universes, one of the two entities who stands above the entire multiverse, alongside his future counterpart, Future Zeno.

Zeno, alongside Future Zeno, is one of the two most powerful characters in the entire Dragon Ball franchise.

While the true capabilities of Zeno are unknown, as Beerus notes he does not fight, Zeno possesses enigmatic and unimaginable power far beyond comprehension. Champa stated at one point that Zeno is "a god among gods". His power is so great that his mere presence would casually terrify all other Deities and cause them to immediately bow before him out of fear and respect.

Whis states that nobody in this world is greater than Zeno, as the King of All has the power to instantly wipe out anything (or everything) in the blink of an eye without any effort, including individual people, planets, galaxies, and even universes. If he so wished, he could erase all existence, which Future Zeno did during "Future" Trunks Saga.

His power was such that he could even effortlessly erase people who had been granted immortality via the Super Dragon Balls, as demonstrated by his future self with Infinite Zamasu in both the manga and anime.

Zeno is the most significant people in existence, and holds complete authority over everything, although the Great Priest holds and handles much of the more mature authority and responsibilities, due to Zeno's childish demeanor, thereby making him his grand vizier of sorts. His only equal in power is his future counterpart, Future Zeno, and his authority is halved with him since his arrival for the first time in history.

According to Whis, there were originally 18 universes before Zeno destroyed 6 of them when he was in an "unpleasant mood". Even when Goku Black and Future Zamasu killed all the other gods of Future Trunks' timeline, Shin—with no hesitation—assures that Zeno is still alive, noting that no matter what, the Omni-King cannot be undone, with Whis making a similar claim when Goku brought cabbages to his and Beerus' world. This was later proven with his future counterpart, where the latter was still alive, despite wiping the future. Additionally in the manga, the Infinite Zamasus are shown to be terrified of Zeno like all other deities.

Beerus states that if Zeno felt like it, he could wipe out all 12 universes in an instant, as his future counterpart did exactly so.

It seems however, that Zeno does not possess senses as good as Angels, as he was incapable of keeping track of the fight between the Gods Of Destruction in the manga nor can he observe Dyspo's great speed, requiring slow motion function in his GodPad, while Vados was in fact capable of keeping up with Dyspo's speed. Nonetheless, he does have very high senses, as he quickly sensed Frost's intent of blasting Frieza from the stands and erased him well before Frost could ready the attack without being notified by the Great Priest.

In the manga, both Zenos were completely unaffected by Rumsshi's roar which faints Supreme Kais and paralyzes Gods of Destruction.

8. Truth! The guy who borrows stuffs without asking permission! 😂 

The Truth is an enigmatic, metaphysical being who appears when a person attempts Human Transmutation. Seeing Human Transmutation as an unfair exchange according to the equivalent exchange laws of Alchemy, Truth will bring the alchemist into the Gate and forceably take their most valued attribute, or something of value that represents their anticipated relationship to the person they are trying to create or resurrect. Truth will accept otherwise impossible exchanges when a Philosopher's Stone is used, as it or part of it will be used for the exchange instead.

As a negative version or "conscience" of the alchemist who performed Human Transmutation, Truth is perceived by the finite human mind as punishing them for "Playing God". As a "God", or "the Universe", Truth embodies the universe, serves as both a deityand Monad for it, and also represents the consciousnesses and consciences of living things. Truth oversees everything in the universe, and regulates all Alchemic exchanges in the world.  The only way to "beat" the Truth is to give up trying to use alchemy to solve problems.

7. We have Haruka Kaminogi

Her only weakness is that she has the mind and body of a 12 year old, thus not having full control over her power.
She is capable of Reality Warping, Time Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, can see the past and all possible futures, Automatic Defenses, Teleportation, can decide if something has the right to exist. Her range of Attack is Multi Universe + and she can restore Universes. 

6. The Witch Featherine takes 6th spot 
Featherine Augustus Aurora is the witch form of Tohya Hachijo, and the Witch of Theatergoing, Drama and Spectating, an Endless Witch. She appears in the sixth, seventh, and eighth games; Dawn of the Golden Witch, Requiem of the Golden Witch, and Twilight of the Golden Witch, respectively. She is so powerful that even Bernkastel is scared of her to a degree. She sometimes is bored of living for too long so she repeatedly lives and dies.

5. Misaki Masaki Jurai is empress of the planet Jurai.

The "Counter-Actor", is the sentient sum total counter-force to all of the Choushin's actions. From what has been seen of the Counter-Actor, Misaki has the ability to cause harm to the Choushin, Washu, Tsunami, and Tokimi, the three goddesses who created all of existence, with an immense rage over their meddling. There has to be a counterbalance; for every action, there must be an equal and opposite reaction.
